You'd expect him to have a better overall record, no doubt. But better results against Miami of Ohio? Kind of a red flag.

You have no idea how the game went along, because you don't care about Wisconsin. You just want to see Luke Fickell fail because he went 6-6 as an interim coach of a badly fractured team.

Very sad.

I'll be happy about the shutout. 

The offense needs a lot of work.

That time that he inherited a Ferrari, and wrapped it around a tree? Yeah that wasn't too great. 

I thought he was the right guy at Cincinnati, and enjoyed watching what he did there. 

I'm not sure the Wisconsin job matches his skillset. Maybe if he goes all in on Tressel-ball he might have something there.

He lost seven games, Tying a school record for most losses in a season, a record that was set in 1897. He did it with a roster that only lost one game the previous season, and went undefeated the following season.

The Wisconsin win was fun though. What a finish.

A true freshman QB was just as good as Terrelle Pryor? OSU didn't lose any other talent? OSU players were not rattled by their coach's resignation a couple months earlier?

I don't know about that. Last time we saw Kill he was seizing up on the sidelines, quitting on his team mid season, and quitting on his marriage to keep coaching without getting his epilepsy in order.

Last night went about how we thought it was going to go. OL was a work in progress on the ground but kept the pocket clean, Lindsey played a solid game, and they didn't need a shanked punt to get into scoring position. Finishing drives has always been a Fleck offense problem, and will likely remain so.

Based on the schedule, we might not know much about this team until October 17 when Nebraska comes to town.
