Portugal... No.
I loved Portugal. A nice relaxed vibe. Nice people. Excellent sightseeing. Good food. Portuguese green wine is great too.

As a seafood aficionado I really enjoyed it. The breaded cod which is the national dish is great and octopus is a common dish as well. Love them both.

Kinda sorry I had to miss this Arizona trip. My MIL's 90th birthday in Chandler, AZ.

My wife, surrounded by my son and his family. They had a great time.

I stopped by the local steak house (STK), we've dined there maybe four times, it's not bad.  This time of year they have gift cards with bonuses, the usual, by $100 and get $25 gift card, when I stopped they had a "flash sale" with $50 gift cards, so I bought $200 and got the $100 extra.

They have a $69 special at the moment that includes steak/appetize/desert/wine which looks decent.  We'll probably take our kids there this week.  Like most here, I can manage to cook a decent steak at home easily enough but I don't mind having one out a few times.  The offer two seafood items in lieu of steak.

The Woodbury County Courthouse in Sioux City, Iowa is the largest public building built in the Prairie School style. It was named one of the country’s 200 key buildings by New York City’s Whitney Library of Design in 1993.

The Aiguille du Midi is a 3,842-meter peak in the Mont Blanc massif of the French Alps. Accessible by cable car from Chamonix, it offers panoramic views, a viewing platform, and a glass skywalk. It serves as a base for alpine activities, including skiing and climbing routes to Mont Blan.

This is one of the top two or three places I've ever visited.

I'd take the cable car, too old for skiing

Those islands just west of the bottom of that line look like they might be part of S America as well.
