Good to know.  We're staying at a nice resort, so there is that, and we'll be driving around sight seeing a lot.

I've been invited to a week long golf trip to Sedona in the early Spring when the courses are closed here.

Never been able to make it.

Maybe someday - never been there, they tell me it's nice

I'm taking my first lesson this week.

Down here, if you don't golf, you eliminate about 95 percent of potential friends.

Boating/skiing/surfing uses up enough of my leisure budget that I don't have any extra to throw at golf.  And I'm delighted with that outcome.

my advice to older folks regarding golf...........

don't start, it's similar to cigarettes.

Very addictive and not good for you.

you'll hate it or you will have a horrible love/hate relationship

I don't golf AND I hate it anyway!  

Can't think of anything more boring than listening to all the dudes telling their golf stories.
