Yup, they ditched it a while back, maybe around 2010?  I have a friend with a 2005 GMC Yukon XL 2500 that he uses for towing.  At this point he pays quite a bit to maintain it and keep it in top shape, but you can't buy them anymore so he prefers this to the alternative.

No, you could get 3/4 Suburban or Yukon XL.  Those are the longer versions of the Tahoe and Yukon.

10/4. I've never had a need for towing. All of my boats were too big except for now, but it's not going anywhere and I have no trailer anyway.

A while back I looked for an SUV with a high towing rating and came up ... short.  Surprised me a bit.  Some now hit 10,000 pounds.
