The CFP probably will shake out differently if Bama beats UGA, if they play, than the other way around (presuming both win out).  OU looks to be in good shape ITWO.

Ohio State or Oregon should be in ITWO.  Cincy ITWO would perhaps hinge in the SEC CG outcome.

Kind of like N'Western making the Rose Bowl in a year they lost to Miami (OH).
Or Northwestern making the Big Ten title game with a lost eastern Michigan. Or Wisconsin winning the Big Ten out right after losing to Cincinnati

WELL ... I slightly messed that up.

In 2018, NW didn't lose to EMU (I mixed them up with the Purdue team that beat OSU). They lost to 4-8 Akron, as well as 8-5 Duke and won the Big Ten West.

In 1999, Wisconsin lost to 3-8 Cincinnati, then after losing to Michigan, won seven in a row to edge Michigan and MSU for the conference title.

Making a Big Ten Title Game out of the West Division isn't in the same ball park as Notre Dame running the table, save Cincinnati.

The B1G West Title is a game of hot potato, more often then not.

BB might stop hiding outside in my bushes the same year he finds a friend.
