I hate the fact The B1G did this .  But it's still cheaper than going to a bar.  Purdue got scheduled last week vs Illinois, today vs Iowa, and next week vs Ohio State all on Peacock.  They did start streaming some games in 4K at least.
Jeesh,  3 weeks in a row?    They should change the name from The Peacock network to the Purdue Network.

Well, at least you are getting the most out of that $5.99.

I am hoping that the bar I usually go to for games has Peacock. If it doesn’t, then I’m gonna show up, immediately turn around, and try to decide if it’s worth signing up now to watch 3/4 of a Rutgers game.

I like going to a bar maybe once a year.  Yeah, it'll cost $25 or so to watch a game, but it's kinda different fun, for me.  Some of the larger bars will have groups of different fan bases sitting around and you hear them whoop or groan of course.

When will most games be on pay for view?

I guess many are, the Dawgs are on regular cable 11 games a year or so, usually.  I guess we could consider ESPN as PPV.

Speaking of corn dogs, Meijer sold giant food-shaped plush dog toys last Christmas. I got a giant corn dog for Izzo, the Resident Genius mascot.
