Having grown up in FL and lived in AZ for 15 years, I set the equivalency between the 2 at about 15 degrees.
85 in the muggy southeast = about 100 in the desert
But yes, when it's humid in the desert, that changes. However, 'humid in the desert' usually means like 30% humidity, not 90% like in the SE.
Basically, as long as ASU plays evening games, it's fine for teams from the southeast.
