best fast food burger joint I've ever had....but the fries suck.
The fries are merely a vessel for the animal spread.

Utee called my "chili" Mexican spaghetti.  There was a place in Chapel Hill that served chili over rice, I adopted the practice.  I do put grated cheddar on top of it, so it is a bit like "Cincy chili", but it tastes a lot different, and it is red.  Last night's was different because it included Brussel sprouts, or as I call them, "Shoes from Brussels".

Usually my "chili" or whatever is a concoction of onion/garlic/ground beef sauteed with diced tomatoes added later with chili powder.  I had some celery in it this time also, sometimes I'll add green Bell peppers.  My wife does NOT like spicy foods, so I go easy on the powder.  It's close to my spaghetti sauce.
Isn’t Cincinnati chili Greek by origin? (I am driving and only read this page, so we may have already gone over this))

It's very Greek. Makes you look like Stamos when you're done with it.

Boarding a long flight back to the Mainland here in about 30 minutes. Big mistake booking airfare for a college football Saturday. Fortunately my carrier streams live TV on their App for a select few channels. Should be able to catch a game or two while sipping coffee and recovering from a few too many Mai Tais last night. 🍹

Where is coach Corso?

They should call Timeout and take a team photo under the scoreboard.

White Castle is, well, what it is, we have Krystal down here modeled on the same concept.
This is what I don't get.  No one claims Krystal is good.  Certain people love White Castle.  It's the same damn thing.  85% bread called a slider.

In the south, you go to Krystal if nothing else is around or you haven't been in a few years and it reminds you of why that is.

Early 4th-and-1 stop, and making some unlikely plays on offense.  This is what you need early in order for an eventual upset.  Scoreless in the Swamp after 1Q.
