I'm not commenting on Mertz or Stroud but as someone who is experiencing this weather right now, you can't do anything effectively.  I spent about 90 seconds trimming a bush and said F it.  It is like a summer evening at Candlestick back in the day, hot dog wrappers everywhere.  It is nasty.

5 for 18 isn't good in any weather, sorry.
in his defense, the weather is awful.

BUT regardless of this game, Mertz has proven over the last 3 seasons that he kinda sucks.

Too many drops - I've counted 6 today. Rain, wind, cold, fog.. You've never seen that.

Terps with a garbage time TD. Yay.

Past two seasons, I agree 100%. This year is different.

Especially now.

Anyway, game over. 23-10 good guys.

I was concerned at the start of today that the Badgers wouldn't be able to run, as they would not be able to pass. Maryland came in giving up 120 yards rushing per game. Today... 278.

If the weather is that bad, don't throw it 18 times, lol.

In case anyone wondered whether this team would be galvanized.  Pick, followed by back to back 10+ yard runs

It's about the same. Not raining in Evanston. That should help.

Why does UGA's band just blare noise until the snap of the ball?  It's really annoying.  Not music, not a school song, just blaring noise.
