While no one is seriously considering that all involved are intoxicated, both Nebraska and Southern Cal have been very sloppy lately. Southern Cal has been sizzling along at 61 YPG of penalty yardage. In their last outing, Nebraska had several defensive stops at Minnesota waved off due to stupid penalties, in addition to 44 PYPG.

Q: How many penalty yards will Southern Cal and Nebraska combine for?
