I dislike his personality 

He seems to be a good Christian, good father, good person.

I actually like him.  Loved him when he was with the Cowboys.

But you're wrong.  It's not his personality, it's his persona-- and he's cultivated it for decades.  He's brash, arrogant, self-absorbed, conceited.  It's his brand and it's deliberate.

He invites the dislike, he's made a lot of money off it over the years.  He really doesn't need you to white-knight for him.  It's silly and unnecessary.
