I guess I'd put these as the top concerns of mine.
1. seat width
2. leg room
3. ease of concourse movement, inclusive of restroom, stadium entrance/exit
4. public address sound quality
5. video/graphical presentation.
6. my ability to send/receive msgs, if this is low level, than the out of town scoreboard better be good.
7. Device connectivity. I truly only look at phone to observe interpretive text msgs from other fans/friends, or score updates.
Amenity I'd like to see executed in greater numbers (harder to pull off in football). Larger open public spaces as found at baseball stadiums, either in OF, or at select IF locations, or in immediate rear of last row of a deck are very attractive, afford engagement with fellow fans and friends, and heaven forbid a place to have a drink. Baseball ballparks, led my Minor League's (all good stadium/ballpark trends begin at MiLB with the innovative ambition of interns and other personnel that can afford to try these ideas). A few have done this, some not as well as others. I'm not talking about 'club lounges' and the like which fairly ubiquitous. I'm talking about the guy who is sitting in row 93 in the NE corner of (insert your stadium here).
