A thing that can happen is the weights used to balance a tire can fall off,  You might just need to get your tires balanced.

Ended up with Michelin Pilot 4S. 

NTB was bought out by Mavis, I found out, and now they are also buying Pep Boys. The front desk guy didn't seem to happy about Mavis.

Discount Tire does not have a huge presence around here.

I'm old enough to have paid $30 or so for a tire.  I remember places that sold retreads, for car use, for $15.  My Dad told me not to get those.  When radials came out, I switched early because folks claimed they saved gas.  I didn't see any change.  I had 14" wheels on that car.  Wheel size has gone crazy in my view (aside from a real performance auto).
