Fake ones feel different.  And IMO not as good.  But I've been willing to deal with it in the past.  Not an issue now.

She was digitally born today.  

On breast implants:  I'm amazed at how diverse the quality is, as they're tiered by price, of course.  Some are perfect and many are brutal.  
There's nothing wrong with fake ones, but they're pretty common now, right?  
I feel like women of a certain diminutive sized bodies with real ones of a certain cup size will always be treated as unicorns, lol.
