Trick question: Where you think she's from?

probably Atlanta, according to Cincy
Probably not from Austin, according to Utee

Unfortunately this elegant model is AI generated from Midjourney, an advanced image processing program. To generate images, Midjourney employs “prompt engineering” which works, as it sounds, by converting an input (a prompt) into a related image output.

As its artificial intelligence advances at an updated program release pace of about every two months, Midjourney is able to refine increasingly detailed inputs – for example:

“1960s street style fashion photo capturing a gorgeous 30-year-old woman with long brown hair, slightly blush cheeks, and a sly grin walking confidently on a bright spring morning in TriBeCa. She's wearing a stunning white lace Gucci gown with a full tulle skirt, intricate lace detailing, long lace sleeves, a high collar, and a fitted bodice adorned with delicate floral appliques. The soft lighting and careful composition emphasize the dreamy and romantic elegance of the gown.”

We've discussed before, how people are really starting to fear AI.  Due to my background in electrical and computer engineering, and the fact that I work for a very large IT company that is both promoting, and using, a lot of AI in our daily work, a lot of my friends and family come to me with their questions, concerns, and fears.

My typical response is along the lines of, "I understand and share some of you fears, but AI is inevitable whether we like it or not, and there are some tremendous benefits to it that will change our lives irrevocably in the coming decades.  So rather than fear it, we should embrace the opportunities, some of which we couldn't even imagine just a couple of decades ago."

But now, I think I'm going to change my response, simply to this:

Meet Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, Scheana Shay, and Stassi Schroeder – Bravo Channel stars whose reality shows revel in high-heeled drama excessing in public fits and heavy drinking by women dressed to shine while shouting regrettable vulgarities. They look interchangeably alike – I don’t bother differentiating them apart. Better yet, they don’t look a day older than when their shows debuted nearly a decade ago.

I see pictures like this and wonder – do women look younger for longer in these modern times? Comparing through the vast majority of mankind, I’m guessing history’s women didn’t get to age this well?

And not only was their glam gone before thirty, but there was far less of a presence of female looks to witness? Men had to venture face-to-face with a woman to register their looks? Whereas now every last screen we’re surrounding by can be instantly exhausted by images of women at their prolonged peak? Billboards, commercials, Instagram, this thread, etc?

I don't watch any of these shows, but I looked a few of them up and the oldest one is like 40.  So even though they've been i the public eye for at least a decade most of them are still relatively young.
I'd like to see how they would have aged without "modern medicine".  Botox, face lifts, etc.

I can remember when it was controversial for women to be pilots.

FYI, my FAA flight check person was female.  She was pretty easy on me considering.  I was in a C152 and I was very comfortable with that plane, it's the one that let me down though.
