She was on the Fall Guy, but not as the hottie.  That was Heather Thomas.


Post was obviously gorgeous, but she was covered up 99% of the time.

I only vaguely remember Post on The Fall Guy despite that being my favorite show from the time Dukes of Hazzard ended.

Fall Guy ran from 1981-1986 so I was 6-11 years old. Initially the Truck was my main reason to watch but by the time it got to reruns I was a little older and Heather Thomas was more interesting to look at than the Truck.

Interesting about Markie Post:
I never really thought of her as "hot" but a lot of that had to do with what @OrangeAfroMan said, she was covered up. I can't remember any role she had where she was primarily eye candy. On Fall Guy, Heather Thomas was mostly eye candy and Markie Post was a more serious character. On Night Court she played a Public Defender.

Seeing the picture that @Cincydawg posted, she was obviously extremely good looking but that actually surprised me because I remembered her more as a pretty good actress.

She showed off a few times, but rarely on Fall Guy.  Only when they were doing some vacation bit.  


Looking back, I assume they didn't need 2 sex symbols and as long as she got paid the same, was probably fine with playing a more serious role.  But yeah, she was hot.

Same.....focus on vehicles gradually gave way to babes.
Dukes of Hazzard, Fall Guy, Knight Rider, Air Wolf, etc.  Bad ass.

Fall Guy kind of hastened things, having a full-on bikini shot through the saloon doors in every episode intro.  I feel like that was very rare, especially back then.

Yeah, that was more in-your-face and unavoidably sex-appeal driven than even Catherine Bach's shorts.

Lee Majors, although born more than two years before the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, is still alive at age 84. I think he would be the best expert to consult on this, no?

Hmm, see, this is where my age comes into play.  I know FF was a whole big thing, but before my time.  If HL was a faux FF (with that hairstyle), that was juuuuust before my time. 
The only reason I know HT exists is because she was on a show I loved to watch every week.  I think during the show's run, that hairstyle went away.  I didn't know of HL until then, maybe watching TJ Hooker, idk.  But post-FF hairstyle HL was BANGIN'.  Beautiful.  Not just bleach-blonde hair, sexy body hot, but all that AND genuinely beautiful.
I think FF and HT relied on hair and makeup a lot more than HL did, at least HL post-1985 or so.  Probably an unpopular opinion.

Aaaaaand that's my deep dive into early-mid 80s hotties, lol.  
Oh, and Bo Derek does nothing for me.  :57:
