Two former Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders helped choreograph a new, country-inspired dance routine for the Husker Scarlets that made its debut at Memorial Stadium Sept. 13.

Congratulations to Lena Lankas, senior business administration and computer science major from Lincoln, who was selected a Student of the Month this fall by the College of Business Student Advisory Board!
At Nebraska, she's a member in the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management and the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship Accelerator program, launched a startup called TeachFront, dances on the Scarlets dance team, and worked in internships at Hudl and Speedway Motors.
The 4.0 GPA student enjoys building bridges between communities on campus and doing philanthropic projects with her sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma. Her nominator said she's a hard worker who leads with humility and uplifts her classmates, challenging herself and elevating those around her.
