The DeLorean DMC-12 was equipped with a rear-mounted, 130-horsepower, 2.85-liter PRV V6 engine, a product of a joint venture between Peugeot, Renault, and Volvo. ya the FBI set him up as under cover coke peddlers - forget the particulars.And he got busted but got off because it was indeed entrapment.He was going to sell large amounts of coke and put the proceeds back into saving the car company.By the time Delorean cleared his name and won the case the company had bellied up.But both the FBI/DEA were complicit in the framing and some of those tossers should have spent timein the slammer
