Doing PT 3x per week on my shoulder. If I was paying $45 per session I would be really grumpy

I was the only partner over 3 weeks. It had to be approved by the board.
Ahhh.

Seven feels like a lot, but three feels low for a partner. Though I’m guessing in those positions, most people aren’t using more than three anyway.

My previous job topped me out at three (I think), but with somewhat flexible scheduling, you could get a lot of mileage out of that.

I recall having one coworker who stayed at a job for 20+ years and got up to five, and frankly that was somewhat annoying. The job had grown more intense in those 20 years and he had particular times he liked to take off, which had been somewhat quiet even 10 years prior, but definitely no longer were.

I'm still sick, seems more like flu than a cold.  I'll manage, I reckon.  Not a fun feeling.

Get you some Viracid from the pharmacy, take two every 6 hours or so.  That stuff is expensive, but works, especially early on in a bout with flu/covid/random virus.

Great.  Lake Travis is at 672' which means it's about 85% full.  That's about 35' higher than it was this time last year, and it hasn't been this high since 2019 I think.

Oh by the way, looks like your drought is finally over.  Congratulations.  We're still "Severe Drought" here in Travis County.  I blame all the Californians.

My PT this weekend will include a lot of elbow rehab via the 12 oz. curl.

I threatened to retire. My wife got 7 weeks (38 years at BAX) and I wanted to match hers. So they did.

Thank God the motion that is causing me pain doesn't affect my golf swing.  Only hurts when I am drawing my clubs from the bag.
