I started reading Night Soldiers.  He has an ... interesting style, for me personally a bit too much "color", I like to get to the point.  But he writes well, so I'll plod further.

I finished Waterloo and unfortunately even though he's my favorite author I can't heartily recommend it, there are better books I think.
