they need that backup to hit some big pass plays downfield or they are screwed. they have zero pass threat with Riley Leonard- he’s basically Alex Orji but he can throw it a teeny bit whereas Orji can’t at all- and also he doesn’t turn it over like clock work like Orji if he does throw.

Riley Leonard throws so many wobbly floaters- if Penn State’s DBs knew how to play the ball in the air at all they’d have multiple picks. Will Johnson would have a field day with this guy.

Well yeah, these are 2 programs that have a history of struggling vs big-boy teams.  One of them is playing in the NCG.  Good luck with that.
