I made football helmet decals for 12 years, for every level from peewee to the NFL. I have seen some serious shit, man. You name it, I've seen it. Yes, even sasquatch.

I have an admission.  Until just now, I always just glanced at this logo and thought it was a ram sitting with his legs crossed in front of him, like a kid.  NO IDEA it was his arms crossed.  Wow.

My eye is drawn to the face, and then I see the anchor and move on.  I found it weird that he's just sitting there on his ass...but he's not.

Dixie State (UT) has undergone some serious mascot makeovers. Back in the day they were the Rebels, and they had this Confederate soldier.

In the 90s they dialed it back a little on the Confederate imagery, and rolled out this Foghorn Leghorn looking dude.

In the 20-ots they changed their mascot from the Rebels to the Red Storm, and adopted this gawd awful Bull in a blender.

That one didn't go over very well, so in the 2010s they changed it from the Red Storm to the Trailblazers.

 Beer Barrel Man - Wikipedia
Milt Mason the original Bernie Brewer, and then the Beer Barrel Man, sort of disappeared in the mid late 70s, and then has returned past few years.

The beer barrel man is prominently displayed at MIL's spring training site, on the OF wall, facing the street.  It's so out of place, taking into account their fanbase vs the nighborhood it's in, lol.

UGA once the Goats, unofficially, rumor had it they adopted Bulldogs because of Yale, but another story is it was a newspaperman's description.  I could find no "goat" emblem.  UGA I was 1956-1966 and like all UGAs is buried in a vault in the stadium grounds.  He was kinda ugly.
