That’s a pretty broad brush, at least for this place.
Yeah/ there a few that go kind of far, but you know who is by far the biggest offender of kicking you when your down. He has it down to an art form, so when he triggers response it shouldn’t because surprise.
To me- it’s a game.  It enhances our lives with ups and downs and thrills and spills, but it is just a sport.
But that actually confirms what I’m saying. There are a few, that swarm. I didn’t say all because there’s certainly a few that are just great to interact with.

So you're mad I clowned on Fickell? You'll be clowning on him too, long after he's gone. You love to clown on Minnesota, Oregon, Rutgers, any chance you get, but you're thin skinned about Fickell and Wisconsin?

Lately I've been less down on Fickell than you have, I thought they would compete against M and Iowa, but you've been right and I've been wrong. They looked awful against M and Iowa.

On the Auburn thing, I personally thought he broke the plane and it was a TD.  That would have made it 17-0 just before the half, and maybe UGA comes back, they certainly played enormously better in the second half.  But that's a big hole.

The other bizarre thing is that the "fumble" was recovered by a UGA player who was lying on the pile, he clearly never was "down", but they blew the play dead.  The player got off the pile and went 99.9 yards to the other end zone.  I guess they claim to have blown the play dead.

So, it's 10-0 instead, and UGA kicks a FG before the half to gain some positive mo which they had had none of before that.

The other thing I see OFTEN on social media" (which tends to be about as asocial as anything in life), is the hystrionic "fire the coaches" when something goes wrong.  Some UGA posters last night were posting to clean house (usually excepting Smart) when things looked grim (and indeed they looked grim).  I always ponder whether it's the players fault, not the coaches, and realize that CFB is a "game of inches" and probabilities.  Sometimes, the probability falls on the other side, a play just doesn't work, it gets called at the wrong time, a blocker misses his assignment, any number of variables flip bad.

I understand "fandom" breeds hysteria and tantrums and over reactions, it's part of the deal, but it gets amped these days.  These are guys I don't know mostly doing their best against other guys I don't know,

I will say Auburn fans have a basis for believing the refs/league office hate them.

You've shit on Wisconsin ever since you joined here. This is not new. And yes, I do think it's inappropriate to make posts like this, right after a game like that. Is it really necessary?

Yeah. Pretty much

What an epic fail. We wanted to make lamb burgers. Turns out we only had ground pork. Then we were going to put tzatziki on it, but we only had bluebertry yogurt, not greek. And we didn't have what we needed to make the Greek salad, so we just used some grass from the front yard. And we charred the buns to a crisp.

SuperMario playing the victim is really rich. He's always ten times more irritating than the rest of the board combined whenever OSU hits a rough patch, but is quick to cry foul every time he gets so much as a small dose of his own medicine; optimizing the role of a poster who can dish it, but can't take it.

lol....when has OSU ever hit a rough patch? outside of Tressel's first year and Fickell's interim year y'all been like 10 wins or more every season for the last 25 fucking years.

Lost in this- I was actually impressed with Michigan.

Yes, I know they did not win. But they are still maybe the most physical team I have seen yet this season.

if Justice Haynes doesn’t go down, I think the game has a different outcome because the Trojans couldn’t stop him.

And even though some of you hate Lincoln Riley give them credit as one of the best offensive minds in college football.  He figured out a way to avoid Michigan’s relentless pass, rush

I’ll put it another way. That QB is getting better each week and I don’t think anybody wants to play Michigan. I do not look forward to the November clash.

Is there another sport as unpredictable as often as CFB?

I know upsets happen in other sports.  But they don't see an Appy State beating a Michigan at home ... ever.

This - the guy can coach just needs to dig up a consistantly decent defense
