No, no they don't.
My only thought is that an out of position ref thought he did throat slash?  But taunting isn't something where an advantage is gained, so you better be 100% sure.  If not, unbelievably weak.

Clearly a fumble, but the Maryland player was also clearly down.  MSUs third fumble inside the 1 this year.
