49ers underdog blue print is pretty much finding ways to stick around against superior teams with superior quarterbacks by maximizing chances from the other team’s mistakes, pounce on more mistakes, find yourself still in the game late, and finally capitalize off the opponent’s inevitable bad luck deserved from allowing the 49ers to hang around in the first place.

Happening again for the 49ers in LA, up 10-7 at the half Vs the Rams.

It's crazy how parity leads to entertaining postseasons

Bungles 3-0 against the top two seeds in the AFC
So they were a .500 team against worse teams?

Bengals with Burrow at QB as a 3+ dog this season? 6-0 outright.

Give me the Bengals. Burrow is a special player and leader.

Rams look pretty good

Bengals will need a few good breaks to beat em
They won't let me give blood anymore. The burnt orange color scares the hell out of the doctors.

Luckily they don't give trophies based on whether you beat the Browns

I thought Burrow would do really well but I figured they would need more time with supportive cast.  I wouldn't mind seeing Stafford win a ring.  A Bengals win would give me a kind of trifecta on championships if I count Cincy as "my team" (they really aren't, I'm not much for pro).

I would love to see Stafford win a ring as well. I love both these QBs. Stafford and Calvin Johnson were the only reason to watch the Lions for about a decade. And Stafford was never a malcontent or bad guy, despite the shitshow franchise and all the losing, Stafford was always a great teammate and class act. Would love to see him win a ring. No one deserves it more after the decade plus in Football Siberia he was forced to stay in.

Burrow is just a special player. I think he’s going to win multiple Super Bowls and not that there is ever going to be an heir apparent to Tom Brady, but if anyone can come even a little bit close- I think it’s gonna be Burrow. As long as he stays healthy and his line doesn’t get him killed that is.

Ya I agree on Stafford but unfortunately he's throwing to a butt hurt malcontent OBJ that got his daddy to do his bidding. He better study routes instead of his free lancing or it could be a long day for Stafford

He's seemed to be a solid asset so far in LA. It's it possible the Browns were the problem?

well, he's only been with the Rams for 8 games and they are in the Super Bowl. Odell is a front-runner who goes in the tank if things aren't going in his way. For 8 games plus the post-season, things have been going his way. And I'm sure he knows this is his 3rd chance and might be his last if he doesn't walk the straight and narrow and actually produce. There is no question he was a malcontent of the highest order in both New York and Cleveland.

He's spent his entire career on crappy teams with mediocre QB play. In 7 seasons prior to this, he's only played in 1 playoff game. If he'd stayed on the Browns, he'd be 1 playoff in 8 seasons at this point.

He's now played in 3 playoff games and he's going to the Super Bowl.

Perhaps he was a malcontent because his talents were completely wasted on teams with bad management and no shot at a title.

OBJ has the luxury of doing whatever because the Rams have Kupp and Jefferson running their routes and catching everything thrown their way.
