My wife was asking "why doesn't Matt Stafford tell her to just shut up?"

My response, "uhh, she seems like the type of woman who you don't tell things she doesn't want to hear, lest she turn on you next."
LMAO,reminds me of the time myself and 5 buddies came back from a Cavaliers game at the old Richfield Coloseum. We stopped at some dive bar on the way before going home - something out of starwars. At the end of this long bar there was this huge typical biker, complete with beard, bandana, leather, colors, chains getting popped continuously by his testy, pixie, pest of a GF.She keeps cracking him,"I told you this,(crack)I told you that(crack)" and on and on it went. And he's like "gosh I'm sorry Honey".

Looked like Chewbacca & Princess Laia, anyway this was the funniest shit the 6 of had every seen,we're doubling over holding our guts, slapping our knees, gasping for air until she stops assailing him - must have heard us - and gives US this Manson like stare.IT proceeds to come after all of us like the Souix & Cheyenne after the 7th cavalry, the harder we laughed the more pissed pixie is getting. We're backing up
and cracking up at the same time as she goes full :character0029: title=character0029 and haves a go at each of us we just rop-a-dope and tried to ignore her.And we hear in the background her Biker BF bellow "Ah - not so funny now, huh?" as he's cracking up.We were a little scratched up but still guffawing - think she got winded and stopped for some ganja

So ya BWARB "lest she turn on you next."
Like Willie Nelson once said "sometimes the low road will show you things the high road never could"

Steelers boat raced in the first half last night. Tired from a hard fought win Vs Ravens with only a few days to ready for a road game Vs Vikings. Left holes wide open for Dalvin Cook. Openings only slightly larger than those Vikings blitzers had through a pedestrian Steelers OL. Roethlisberger torn down like an outdated statue all night. WR Jefferson ran free as a gazelle through Steelers secondary. Ugly showing all around. 23-0 at the half.

Leave it to the Vikings to let Pittsburgh back in.

Vikings kicking FGs and missing kicks left the door open

Over 300 yards of offense in the first half - only 23 points

Cousins was not accurate all night - could have been a big score

Steelers LB Devin Bush has fallen off the cliff post-injury. His rookie year in 2019 he was phenomenal for a rookie showing signs he was going to be a star defensive player for the Steelers going forward. He suffered a nasty knee injury in week 6 or 7 I think of last season- basically his knee blew up- and he does not look remotely like the same player he was before knee injury. Crazy how some players bounce back better (Adrian Peterson) after serious knee injuries and some really struggle.

I think for LB'ers whose game is based largely on cutting ability/speed, knee issues probably hurt them quite a bit. Bush was never the biggest guy at roughly 5'11, 235- but he was a speed demon (ran 4.43 at combine) and could beat blockers with his speed and quickness. Doesn't seem to have that same quickness or speed anymore.

He's still only 23, but sounds like Steelers are getting fed up with his lack of progress.

former Broncos Pro Bowl WR Demaryius Thomas dies at the age of 33 of a severe seizure. Tragic. Apparently he was in a very bad car accident a year ago and had started suffering from seizures post-accident. The seizures had become more frequent and more violent in the past couple months.

Not at all surprised Tom Brady is lighting up the 1st Half Vs the Bills.

This week Brady was put on a magazine cover for a sportsman of the year award and more importantly, to him, with ALL the talk of the Patriots win over Buffalo on Monday, he's got to play staller against a team Belichick just ceremoniously beat. 13/18 150 yards so far. Buccaneers up 17-3 nearing halftime.

Poor Bills are playing the either conference's arguably best teams in matter of six days, but it sounds like a lot of Bills Mafia has made the trip to Tampa en masse. Who's to blame them given Buffalo's winters?

-Been really impressed w/ Allen this year, I think he's been better this season over last year. Teams are just teeing off on him because their RBs are terrible and its only a matter of time before he gets horribly injured. Yea he's big and can take the punishment but if you've noticed over the years its the big QBs who scramble who get broken at a young age.

-Brady has Fournette (who is getting paid No.5 WR money, because RBs are "worthless"), Rodgers has Jones/Dillon, Mahomes is at his best w/ Clyde (and has been lousy w/o him). That's the difference between Allen and those 3.

Just running at almost full speed while dragging a 330lb professional athlete along and throwing him into the QB.

He's the Barry Sanders of DTs, sure like Barry you could make an argument that so and so was better, and I may not even disagree. Like Barry tho, he just does stuff that makes your jaw drop and we'll probably never see anything like him again.

Nah. There's no argument. Just like with Barry. Barry is the best RB ever. It's not close. Aaron Donald is the best DT ever. It's not close.

also: Kyler Murray is too small. I don't think he will last long.

IMO Barry is the best. However if you wanted to make arguments for Jim Brown I could buy that.

Noticed w/ scrambling QBs IMO the smaller ones seem to keep their speed and their health longer. Its the tall physical scramblers ones like Cam, Culpepper, Allen in the future? that get beat up because people dive at their legs and they try to run through people.

Granted he played in Canada but Flutie lasted forever, Russel Wilson gets sacked a heck of a lot and has been healthy etc.
