former Wolverine Taylor Lewan and former Cornhusker Will Compton are like BFFs apparently and have a podcast they do together for Barstool Sports called Bussin’ with the Boys.

Well turns out they talked to both schools and have created an official trophy for the Nebraska-Michigan game. I present to you, the Bussin’ Bowl trophy.

I now think much less of Will Compton

Blake Corum = Mike Hart + 15 lbs + elite acceleration and 4.4 speed. They're both around 5'8+, but Hart was about 195 and sloooooow. Hart was like 4.7. NOT fast. Blake goes about 210 and he's a legit 4.4 guy. He fast.

He's literally the same size, runs very similarly, always falls forward for extra yardage, is slippery af between the tackles, runs hard, blocks, catches the ball....he's like the exact same as Mike Hart but bigger, stronger, and faster. It's crazy to watch.

Blake is a great back and deserves all his accolades

I'd guess he's not going to run a 4.4, but he's fast enough

Uh dude idk wtf you on but Blake is a speedster. Track kid, was running 4.4's laser in HS. He's got multiple 60+ yard house calls to his resume. He was the fastest kid last year on that gps thing that tracked mph I belive.

JJ McCarthy season stats in 9 starts:

1,744 passing yards, 69% completion, 8.2 Yard AVG, 14 TD vs 2 INT, 157.6 QB Rating, 79.5 ESPN QBR (11th highest QBR in nation), 195 rushing yards, and 3 Rush TD.

JJ has thrown 1 less TD in 9 starts than Cade threw last season in 14 starts. Cade: 15 TD passes in 14 starts, JJ: 14 TD passes in 9 starts. JJ has rushed for 3 TD's in 9 starts, Cade ran for 1 in 14 starts last year. JJ's completion % is 5 % higher (69% vs 64%), his QB Rating is roughly 16 points higher, and his ESPN QBR is 5 points higher.

Andrew Luck's college stats his first year starting were very similar to JJ's- only to explode in his second year. Not saying JJ is Andrew Luck or will be that- am saying that Jim Harbaugh doesn't trust first time starting QBs very much and is super conservative.
