I am old enough to recall a lightening downpour in a high school game I played in when I didn't know you could suspend play, and they did.

We went back into the locker rooms for at least one-half hour at Kingston Stadium where the locker rooms were a cross between medieval dungeon and an outhouse. We were visitors from out-of-town.
