Rutgers is an improved proram,if Schiano can get some kids to stay home it'll be a solid program

what happened evidently there was an illegal tackle on a return in this game? What was that about?

wasn't the tackle - Martinez went low on the guys blocking on the INT return

the poor kid really wants to win, just too many turnovers

Someone on one of these boards made it sound like the guy returning was tackled illegally like off the bench.Must be posters tossing back some suds on a Saturday Nite.I mean who does that?

No, the discussion was why is that penalty not enforced on the ensuing possession? Because if either Michigan State is going to return it for a touchdown or not, and no penalties are actually going to be enforced on the subsequent possession, why wouldn't you run off the bench to tackle guy? I think in Iowa poster was who posed the question. And it's true, as long as you stop the guy from scoring, any penalty is just going to be declined anyway

they are a lot better than I thought they would be. Schiano can definitely coach. NJ is a hotbed for recruiting talent. If they could keep top kids home, they could have a legit program year-in-year-out there.

Nebraska is better than their record indicates.  Perhaps if they played Western Michigan, Washington, Northern Illinois, and Rutgers they would be 4-0.
no, no they wouldn't.

While Nebraska's full attention is on this week's 6:30 p.m. showdown with Northwestern, it also learned that another primetime kickoff was added to the schedule on Monday.

The Huskers' Oct. 9 home game against Michigan was officially set for 6:30 p.m. CT and nationally televised on ABC.

That marks the first time NU will have played three straight night games since 2019.

Frost said having two night home games would be an advantage with the crowd energy and added recruiting opportunities. But he also knew that it didn't matter when the games were played if Nebraska didn't play better.
