Tennessee Vs Auburn ends in Knoxville, with the Vols outlasting the Tigers 24-14.

For an Auburn team that looked soft against Florida two weeks ago, the Tigers hung tough, drive for drive, with Tennessee all afternoon. Moment of the game was Auburn, down 14-17, going for it on 4th & short backed up deep in their territory with under 7 minutes left in the game, and not converting.

The sports media embarrasses itself for clicks and eyeballs.
They all agree Ole Miss will have a hangover after the Kiffin Bowl.
Ole Miss has a hangover after the Kiffin Bowl.  Florida happens to be the opponent.
They all jump on the Florida bandwagon, saying the Gators are a playoff team, etc.
They ignore that what they said would happen happened.
Florida is now some sort of 10-2/11-1 world-beater....for beating a team on a hangover, which was predicted by everyone.
And now it's a big surprised Missouri beat Florida's ass.

Wut?

This is why we have a grumpy old man thread.  And I feel like one at age 46.
I'm not grumpy that Florida lost and didn't even compete.
I'm grumpy because it was all so predictable.
