Hoard played 5 seasons in Cleveland and averaged 4ypc or better every season except his 1990 rookies year
Steve Everitt also a Michigan guy played O-Line for 3yrs before shithead Model mismanaged his affairs and moved the Team
Both of those guys were grinders,Everitt was traded to PHilly a year after the move and stated what most were saying "There's a problem if you can't make money off of THAT TEAM in THAT TOWN". He was a blue collar hero and a fan favorite

Dana Brinson was a stand out wingback / kick returner for Husker squads in the mid 1980s.  When he graduated and went to the NFL, Brinson was in the top 10 in both kickoff and punt return yardage.  He picked up first team All Big 8 honors as a senior in 1988.
