If you get some time this is an interesting listen with WVU GM Drew Fabianich. This is usually a WVU centered podcast but this is more about the changing landscape of college football and how schools now must manage rosters in much the same way NFL teams do.

I’m actually not even done listening myself but I’ve already had several people who finished it tell me it’s a good episode, and what I’ve heard so far is a good listen. Just FYI.
