I think a lot of what has happened was a kneejerk reaction by this Administration to undo anything the previous Administration was doing or trying to do.
It seems pretty obvious to me that a wall or barrier in some areas is useful in helping Border Patrol "control" the border. It's also obvious to me that in some parts of the border, a literal wall probably makes no sense. But what we hear is one extreme or the other.
