Coming soon. Will go from $16/hr (I believe) to $20/hr starting Apr 1.

It'll be really good for the workers who survive after 50% of all fast food restaurants fail over the next 2-3 years because people can't afford to eat there.
It's gonna happen.

At home, maybe. Certainly not eating out.

In France (!!!), you order off a kiosk at McDs, and the burgers are smaller than ours, not that much more expensive.  They are quite popular there.

I think a LOT of fast food prep can be done robotically with zero humans, maybe one to supervise.

Yeah, I've noted kiosks here as well, but you can still order at the counter.

And it's not very cheap any more.

Dining out seems to have inflated more than anything else I use.

I expect a new kind of fast food place to crop up that is almost entirely robotic, maybe one human being involved.  Maybe burgers and fries etc., somewhat limited menu.

Joe Rogan signs a $250 million deal with Spotify after his initial $100 million deal expired.

By the way I believe those deals are a baseline, the minimum Spotify paid/will pay him. And it’s a straight licensing deal, which means they don’t own shit- he owns all his content.

Dude has literally the biggest media platform on planet earth and it’s wild. I always remembered him as a shitty standup comic and the fear factor guy. Now he’s the biggest thing in media. Almost like the new Howard Stern but 10x bigger than Stern ever was.

I have heard of Joe Rogan but know basically nothing about him.  I thought he was a pro "rastler" or somesuch.

I'm last to know.

haven’t watched it yet because it just dropped, but Tucker Carlson interviews Russian President/Dictator Vladimir Putin.

Love the fact that everyone in the establishment corporate fake news media is freaking out over it. No doubt borne mostly out of jealousy, as they have all requested to interview Putin repeatedly and he’s denied them.

Whatever your stance is on the war or on Putin, the idea that it’s not newsworthy and you shouldn’t interview a head of state of one of the most powerful nations on earth is absolutely retarded. Of course any US newscaster/fake tv journalist actor should interview him if given the chance….

Do you think Putin said anything at all we couldn't predict ahead of time?

In Tucker Carlson interview, Putin urges US to push Ukraine to talks | AP News

This is obviously a brief AP "summary", but it's not as if Putin appears to have said anything new or notable.

Putin tells Tucker Carlson Russia has no interest in attacking Poland or Latvia | Reuters

I'm fascinated by how many folks in the US base their "opinions" almost exclusively on the rantings of a single individual I won't name here.

You would do well to ignore Tucker Carlson entirely.
