Fired the Crock up with 80% Ground Beef added V-8 for flavor, 4 cloves of garlc,2 large onyion,3 green Pepper,1 caribbean red habanero,added couple of sprinkles of Fiery 5 Pepper flakes(McCormick Grill Mates). Had a 3lb can of San Marzano whole tomatoes -took a 3rd of the can ran it thru the processor with tortilla chips - best thickener i ever used got that from Test Kitchen and 3 cans of black beans for filler

well, it's finally Iowa caucus Day!

begining at 7 p.m. Caucus participants will gather inside more than 1,500 schools, churches and community centers to debate their options, in some cases for hours, before casting secret ballots.

at 7pm it's forecast to be 5 below with a 14mph breeze.  Hah!

Trump,  DeSantis,  & Nikki Haley have been in the media WAY too much for months.


I'm very happy it's almost over!

Ramaswamy has been mentioned a bit and some guy that seems to be running on religion.

Good riddance!!!
