I can't remember where Badger was putting the articles talking about the shifting landscape and state of the game, so I'm just gonna put this here.  Thought it was worth reading.

I'd guess 90% of parking is private most places and at the few places it's not....... prolly don't move the needle

Good PR, but what are they doing in the shadows?

Product From

There is a common belief that almost everything is made in China. We will help you to find out that the truth is quite different. Manufacturing industry has never died in many countries, and elsewhere reborn. Just select a country from the list and check.

There are a lot of companies that are currently in the process of moving their manufacturing out of China.  I mentioned  a couple of years ago just after the worst of the pandemic, that I knew this to be true, but now it's getting traction in the MSM.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/why-production-of-apple-iphones-has-been-moving-from-china-to-india#:~:text=It%20cost%20Apple%20an%20estimated,out%20of%20China%20into%20India.

Of course, I'm not certain that moving to India is much better, but certainly spreading around the sites to various countries, decreases the risk from having everything concentrated in just one-- especially a country that has countless times openly admitted it is fighting an economic war against the USA.

Ouch.

Historic College Football Program Hit With Major NCAA Penalties (msn.com)

Seems ridiculous for the NCAA to hang on to arcane regulations like this in the age of free-agency.  This strikes me as the NCAA trying to flex, hoping everybody else in the room notices and still cares they're a thing.  I'm waiting for the first school that gets hit with stuff like this who says "No," and then proceeds to do business as normal.  What's the NCAA gonna do about it?  Jack squat.
