Eyewitnesses claim that Eugene, maintaining a peaceful demeanor, attempted to reenter the support center but was swiftly apprehended. He was subsequently released from custody the following day, as court records confirm. Both Eugene and HISD have refrained from commenting on the arrest, citing the ongoing nature of the case.
