So, increased emphasis on hockey, maritime, and aerial pursuits?
Aerial pursuits - so more passing?

Reggie Bush suing the NCAA for defamation. Go Reggie, go. Hope he nails those scumbag fktards to the cross in court. Can't wait til the NCAA finally dies the death it deserves, I'll be dancing on their grave laughing uncontrollably while simultaneously crying tears of joy. Fk the NCAA.

If the NCAA died, it would be replaced by something which is effectively the same thing.

It all depends on if the statement by the NCAA were true or not

Everything Ive read indicates they are

If he can show they are false then he deserves to win

nah.

B1G/SEC going to swallow up what's rest of the conferences and break away from the NCAA, which will effectively kill it.

This new B1G/SEC mega-entity will expand the playoff to 16 teams and have a commissioner and they'll have a salary cap and pay the players and probably even let recruits get a little piece of the action.

Can't get here f'ng fast enough.

The universities are the NCAA in effect, it's a collective "rules" body.  You need something, and it would be effectively the same thing.  Maybe the rules would be different.  And of course you also have all the other NCAA sports to consider.  Are you going to have two major basketball operations at the same time?
