What does that term mean 🥴 ? The only way I've heard it used was "you a better META the bookie and pay him or your knee caps will swing the other way"

Using a [color=rgb(19 79 230 / var(--tw-text-opacity))]footnote[/color] to explain another footnote isn't meta. Using a footnote to explain what footnotes are is meta.
