A twitter thingie has a list of the best pizza joint in every college town.  I predicted the one for Gainesville correctly.
Can you guess any from your school's town or nearby site?
It's not your "best," but likely just the one with that reputation.
.
I'm getting a deja vu feeling that I've posted something like this before, but whatever.

Could probably put this in the "rankings" post too.

I read a bit more about Michelin coming to ATL to rank restaurants.  They claim they visit several times, I don't know how they choose which one's make the first cut.  Anyway, it sounds expensive, to me.  One of the nice places in town is $105 pre fixe per person, no wine included of course.  The probably pay special attention to any single male (or female) who shows up to dine.  Anyway, if they target say 20 places to start, they'd be looking at quite he princely sum.  I'd volunteer to go if I knew how to do it.

Yup, that's what's on the list.

Man I have no idea what they'd say for Austin.  Homeslice maybe?  Via 313 has gained in popularity in recent years.

My favorite is Conan's.

Best pizza we've found down here is a place called Chicago Pizza. Go figure.

In Chicago? Way too many good ones to even try and list.

Never had a good pizza in Madison, and it was not due to a lack of trying. They just suck at it.

The pizza thing is highly subjective and individual of course.  I doubt many places with "bad" or even "indifferent" pizza stay around long unless they are chains.  My kids liked Papa Johns a lot, so I'd get one from there fairly often.  Of course, kids' tastes are often "different".  A lot of Cincy folks liked LaRosa's pizza, I thought it was mediocre at best, PJs was better, to me.  Of course, a lot of those folks like their chili a lot too ...

Hmm, I want to say something about this, but I honestly haven’t had real pizza there as a sober adult. Which is something.

Maybe, I figure folks with indifferent tastes go to some major chain.  I mentioned going to Grana to my wife and she's up for it, always is.  They have a pizza with thin slices of potatoes on it which she likes a lot, I think it's fine, I prefer the marg.

Neither of those is the listed one.

Columbus has a robust pizza page on Facebook. I joined the pizza page and the wing page and now my feed is 90 percent food.
