Well when they raid his home with armed agents -ensuring that the TV cameras coincidentally are there - and then rifle through his wife’s underwear drawer- like they did to Trump-I will view it as equal treatment.
But they aren't equal crimes. Why would they rifle through Hunter's underwear for 2017 tax charges?

I can deny it. Republicans in the house formed a whole committee to turn up these supposed crimes, with nothing to show for it. The DOJ and the house can't find any crimes, but nevertheless...
So- you agree they should release the documents and tapes that potentially proof high level bribery and corruption by the Biden family?   Or- your “ can’t find any crimes” rings totally hollow.

Trump is definitely a Pos.  And an idiot. And a loudmouth.
But he has never admitted to a crime. That might be your interpretation- along with CNN and MSNBC.
True. He hasn't admitted to a crime. He's basically admitted to the behavior in question, and claims it's not a crime.

Huh?  You think a disputed charge of having top secret documents warrants an armed raid of a former POTUS, including the former First Lady’s panty drawer.   Wow.  You dudes on the far left have lost all sense of reality.

That is correct.  And remember- innocent until proven guilty.  Millions of dollars and untold man hours have been dedicated to that end.  No luck so far.

Wesley Snipes Loses $23.5 Million Tax Case, Offers IRS Tiny 4% Compromise (forbes.com)
The Snipes case is a great example here. Snipes was charged with a felony counts of fraud for failing to to file and pay millions, as well as asking for a seven million dollar refund. He claimed to be a foreign agent (Despite being born in the United States) and eventually at trial claimed he just had "bad advice." He was acquitted of the felony counts and convicted of only misdemeanors for failing to file. His crime was bigger and his claims were bizarre. Not guilty, all the same.

If the Tribe weren't trying to paint Hunter Biden as some sort of anti-American supervillain, the optics would be worse for him on pleading guilty to federal charges. As it is, Republicans have to own goal on this one.

He was found guilty of misdemeanor tax evasion and served three years.  His case went to trial of course, which usually results in the hammer.

He was found guilty of misdemeanor counts of failing to file a tax return - a much easier case to prove. I'm unclear what exactly Hunter is admitting to - the news reports just say failing to pay taxes, though he has apparently paid them now. If he filed returns, well, that weakens the government's case even further.

I mean...yes. If someone has property that isn't theirs and the refuse to return it, an armed raid is probably going to follow. That's the government's way of getting things they want. To say that it's "unfair" that they didn't also raid Hunter's home doesn't make any sense.

Anyways, I think it is pretty obvious that these charges were only brought to appease Republicans who are mad that Trump got charged with anything. This would not have been brought against a normal person.

Not so much.    If they get their hands on what the DOJ refuses to give them- then yes.

and the Hypocrisy of even bringing up a political party ( and the assistants in the DOJ, FBI, Media)trying to paint someone as a supervillain- wow. You have grapefruits to even utter such a thing.
