Looked at Zillow, as I tend to do. My city, looking for single family houses <$1M, 3br/2ba minimum, >1500 sf. 

Zero listings.

I don't.  I think he's mostly just dumb.  And often, high, when he makes his sweeping generalizations that he believes are special nuggets of truth.

He's one of those people that thinks he's smarter than everyone else, because he has made a lot of money.

Anyway, he doesn't affect my life at all, so it's not something I think about much, other than gabbing on a message board forum.

I do like what SpaceX has been doing, so that's a point in his favor I suppose.

I peeked at condos around us and found this guy:

40 12th St NE UNIT 1901, Atlanta, GA 30309 | MLS #10152689 | Zillow

Granted, this is new construction and the amenities are upscale, but $1.3 mil.  Most of them are around half a mil, some cheaper in older buildings.  The kicker in a condo is the HOA fee which may or may not cover some useful things, and may or may not end up with the HOA in trouble.
