Consider the source. I don't think I've ever seen anyone from the National Association of Realtors predict a housing crash. Not even in 2007.

Honestly, I thought her show was terrible. It just missed on so many levels.

But I didn't think there was anything "woke" about it.

(I didn't think it missed, but I was also eating and talking with folks and basically just thought 1. That lady is pregnant, right? and 2. Man, she has a lot of hit songs I know)
