advertising here in Iowa that if you make less than $60,000/year, there's a free service to file your taxes

there actually could be a decent return on investment with this program

but, I doubt it

CANADA (WFLA) – An 18-year-old woman has made history by winning $48 million after she purchased a lottery ticket for the first time.
Juliette Lamour, 18, of Ontario, Canada, was announced as the winner by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) on Friday, making her the country’s youngest person to win a lottery prize of this amount.

Lamour purchased the winning ticket after her grandfather suggested she buy one for her 18th birthday. The 18-year-old said she forgot about the ticket until her coworkers told her that someone from her hometown had won the drawing on Jan. 7.

That's how distracted this country has become too many glued to the idiot box or social media screaming at clouds to notice

DC is so full of shit. Listen to the press briefing from yesterday, if you can make it all the way through without pulling your ears off.

Subway Will Soon Slice All Its Own Deli Meat (foodandwine.com)

"Unlike some of its competitors, Subway’s restaurants have never sliced any of its sandwich meats on-site, instead slicing them in one central facility and shipping the meats to each location."

Not true... When I was a sandwich artist back around 1993ish, the Subway I worked at sliced its meat on-site. Being only 15 at the time, I was not allowed to use the slicer, but it was definitely used to slice meat as prep each morning.

Still do at my old mostly white suburban high school.  My old woods teacher from the early 90s just passed away.  I was assured they are still teaching these courses.

This whole story is a great example of how an administration feeds the MSM BS who then report it without any critical evaluation.

We used wood & metal lathes, belt sanders & saws in 8-9 grades. Pretty sure none of that is offered anymore at my old schools - liability I'm sure. Plus society sans the building trades has moved away from industrial based positions. Have to go to a seperate trade school for those
