Hey all. It's been a really long start to 2023 and I haven't been able to do anything other than check in. 

My parents are both in rough shape, and we're finally having long-stonewalled discussions about how to proceed with long term care while my dad is temporarily staying in my house. It's hard. 

Those of you who have come to my tailgate know Jake. His sister had a bad stroke New Years Eve, and the prognosis isn't good. They're currently out in Los Angeles trying to wrap their head around this. 

Please send prayers and good vibes our way. This is tough.
