Crystal Falls is pretty close to where I live.   But everybody here golfs at Twin Creeks.  I have no idea whether or not it's any good, but I do like cutting across it on my morning runs.

I seared the tenderlong in my iron skllet with butter and garlic, now in the oven to 120°F, oven has a probe so it's auto.

My wife likes her steak blu rare, which is hard to find in restaurants around here.

She likes burgers rare too, really just seared and raw.

Depends on the cut, and on the prep.

I like my burgers above medium.

I like my filet medium rare.

You have to try really hard to overcook a ribeye. It has enough fat to stand a longer cook.

I do not like prime rib at all.

Cuts like flank and skirt need marinade.

Had some Costco Ribeyes yesterday for Christmas Dinner ,verygood at medium had some problems at it was around 8-10 deg out and the propane wasn't exactly flowing but just took a little longer grill time

I tend to do my ribeye medium well to just under well - depending on the fat content. If it's really fatty, I'll go to just under well. I just do not like to chew on beef fat, and due to the fat, they are still really tender at just under well.
