Everyone to a man who has transited CDG has sworn up and down to avoid that place at all costs, even more than O'Hare.

The flow into and around LAX will improve once the people mover opens.

LaGuardia and Newark are the worst for want of connection to Manhattan.

You must have flown into Pearson. My only flight into Toronto was into City Airport, which is small and very easy to get into and out of.

I didn't hate Newark actually.  Only flew through there once.

It's not much to look at, but I've never had a bad experience with Logan

CDG is bad.

Heathrow is bad.

My favorite airport anywhere in the world, is John Wayne in Orange County, CA.

We flew into Toronto from Copenhagen and had a shortish connection with customs and whatnot.  The directions as to where to go were "obscure" and we walked a long distance.  The PA was informing us we had to wear masks but hardly anyone was doing it.  The airport was dirty in general and had a lot of quasi-construction sites with no work happening.  We finally asked a couple people and got directed, they said the signs were no help.  We walked and walked and made out gate, if you could call it that, they had space for about ten people to sit with a 737 to ATL about to leave, except it wasn't.  It was delayed, OK, we walked around some more, there were hardly any shops open anywhere near that "gate".  It was like the back end of nowhere.

CDG has gotten a little better now departing.  But arriving is a mess, from the US anyway.   Delta seems to get the gate from hell.

Oh, and waiting in the line for customs, I was called out for a "special check", which was OK, and then another "cop" called me out once again for the same check, and they both were surly.  I didn't say a word except short responses to questions.  They pulled out my camera gear and made a mess while my wife had already gone through, so I had to put it all back properly with the guy snarling at me to move along.

51 is more nice. :)

Nebraska had a total of 105 student-athletes earn Academic All-Big Ten recognition for the fall semester as announced by the Conference Office on Thursday.

The group of Husker student-athletes includes 58 football players, 14 soccer student-athletes, 10 members of the volleyball program, 14 women's cross country student-athletes and nine men's cross country athletes.

I'll share this story because laws have changed and it was years ago.

The only time I when through John Wayne was in HS going to some kind of HS nerd gathering (someone said it was fun). A friend wanted to bring pot. He included a few dime bags in a checked bag, packed in a jar of coffee to dissuade dogs from sniffing.

He was so freaked out that he thought he should just abandon the bag at the airport. We didn't realize that the little sticker on your luggage had your name on it. He ended up grabbing the bag. No one caught him.

On the downside, the depressurized luggage compartment popped the jar open (it was one of those plastic Folgers jars). So the bag was just full of coffee grounds. Then we spend every night of the trip smoking from a homemade bong and ordering discount Domino's. Also got to go to a theme park. Solid trip overall.

I assume the Northwestern Football team lead the conference
AND they would win the quiz bowl

No, the Northwestern football team has the same admissions as everyone else.  But it's an excuse that has kept Pat Fitzgerald safe.

Hell, every scholarship kid in the Big Ten could play at Harvard, if they wanted to pay their own way
