If you're my age, MJ might refer to Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, or Michael Jackson.  If the conversation is limited to the sports world, that rules one of them out.  Only one of those dropped 40 in a Finals game after having barfed and being noticeably sick.  

I expect kids to know these things.  Get off my lawn.

Assuming they can determine it was not intentional, I think it would be Article 4, not 5
