It’s simple. Leadership in blue states is ok with border states taking in all the illegals and promoting sanctuary cities. We’re just giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Besides, if they “fixed” immigration wouldn’t it stand to reason that we would be accepting equal amounts of people from all over the world and not just from a dozen countries south of the border?

well, there's no good system that would allow for 10s of thousands per month entering

no illegals in your classroom?
Right, so there's no area between taking years and years w/ lawyers and money AND tens of thousands flooding in per month, I guess.

Just have to pick one and never actually fix the problem.  Great take!

fixing the grossly obvious problem on the southern border seems urgent

and nothings being done

why worry about something years and decades away?

Cali is a blue state

Cali has a fence, but it doesn't work and they don't seem to care

And by most accounts Californians have been flowing their state by the thousands to get away from high taxes, crime, government overreach, and everything that goes along with unmitigated immigration.

Oh NOWWW Walker acknowledges this new chick with the abortion(s).

I guess something jogged his memory in the past few days.

Fucking joke.  Vote for him, Georgians.  You deserve him.

A US Senator of course is more of a nationwide position than State position for obvious reasons.  This story appears to be hurting Walker in recent polls.  I didn't see any recent news about it otherwise.

I don't see that anyone has proposed a specific "fix" for the immigration problem (I offered the outline of one a while back).

We had a nice concert last night, Beethoven's Ninth, and we have a new lady music director, Natalie Stutzman, who despite her name is French.  They had a small party after and we met her and my wife spoke to her in French and relayed a message from Louis Langree' who was the music director in Cincinnati (who we got to know a bit also).  He had given my wife a text message to pass on to Natalie that caused some laughter for her.

I really have a hard time understanding how a human is capable of constructing such a symphony.  Then there is the musicianship to perform the thing with a 200 voice choir.

UMass tried to troll Liberty by making it a "pride" game, but then promptly got their proverbial poop pushed by the Flames for a full 60 minutes.

185 people killed in Iran protests: human rights group | The Hill

I had not realized it was this severe.  Does this have legs?  Hmmm...

didn't play well yesterday but the weather was nice

weather will be better today - 76 and sunny with little wind

5-man scramble format today (sponsored by Coors $2 pints) - it's a shit show, but good male bonding for the team, good revenue for the course, and they bring back 3 beer cart girls from college!

FORE!!!

and it allows me a reason not to watch the Vikings/Bears game

SKOL!!!
