how is Iowa having a low unemployment rate related to anything the Biden administration has done? This would moreso be a reflection on that particular states leadership.

You’re going out of your way and making real leaps to pat team blue on the back there.

Unemployment #’s are rigged and pretty much meaningless. It’s not a true metric, it is complete and utter bullsh*t.

Things like actual wages, the inflation rate, and the CPI are far more important than some dumbass rigged unemployment # ever could be. Current presidency is falling flat on its f**king face there.

Government statistics we don't like are considered to be faked.

Even if they all come from the same source.  Apparently now unemployment is faked but CPI is not.

I look at trends more than absolute numbers figuring they use the same methdology over time, with occasional adjustments, which are announced.  The employment number of course is important and has lagged of late.  I know some folks claimed the numbers were fudged under Obama, but then they thought they were all OK under Trump.

Much of this becomes partisans instead of dispassionate.

GDP grew very rapidly last year also, until last quarter.  It was up in the 5% range after the recovery bounce, a figure which likely will result in shortages and inflation.
